Purpose of the site

apipriceindex.com is an independent index of large-language-model API prices and quality-per-dollar value. It reads prices at their public source and reports them with a date; it is an information index, not a reseller, broker or gateway. We do not sell API access and take no part in any transaction between you and a provider.

No warranty on accuracy

Prices, benchmarks and offers change frequently and may contain errors, omissions or delays. All figures are provided for information only, as-is and without warranty of any kind. Always confirm the current price and terms on the provider's own website before making a decision. We accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on the information shown here.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, tax or professional advice. Comparisons and rankings are analytical, not recommendations.

Data reuse

The prices we compile are available for reuse under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence, with attribution to apipriceindex.com. This covers the public pricing data shown on the site and served by the free price feed.

Reserved measured data (licensed access)

Our first-party measured data — tail-latency percentiles (p95), error rates, sample counts and the region-by-region measurement grain — is not covered by the CC BY licence. It is served only through the keyed, licensed Pro endpoint and is provided to the authorised key holder for their own use.

The Pro endpoint is closed since 21 October 2026, when our own speed benchmark stopped. These terms keep applying to the reserved measured data already provided.

Redistributing, republishing, reselling or bulk-extracting this reserved measured data, or using it to build or train a competing dataset or index, is not permitted and constitutes a breach of these terms. Access is rate-limited and monitored; keys showing extraction patterns may be suspended without notice. These restrictions apply to the measured grain only — the underlying prices remain CC BY.
